The design of the Alvarez, Buenos, Cohen & Cohen offices had as its premise the creation of a modern, warm, and functional workspace that incorporates subtle materials such as felt, ribbed glass, and recycled wood acoustic panels into a palette of neutral and luminous tones.
The spatial arrangement is organized around a central core of flexible green file cabinets. Around this core, there is a line of offices and meeting rooms along the perimeter, freeing up the left wing for an open work area and the access/reception area, which functions as a fully wooden-clad capsule.
